Perhaps you could put a section on the forums where people can post code that is interesting/useful/needed/hard to find/etc. I believe this would be a very useful board. It could be it's own, or a child board.
In the post it should say:
-what the code does
-where the code should go (create,step,etc.)
-the author (if you didn't make it)
-any extention packages that are needed
-any other useful information on it
-and of course the code itself
